Overview

LIC Housing Finance Ltd. (LIC HFL) has published an official notification inviting online applications from eligible candidates for engagement as Apprentices. A total of 232 vacancies are available across various branches. This engagement offers professional skill enhancement and industry exposure under the apprenticeship framework.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have completed a graduation degree in any discipline as on 01/10/2026 (graduation passing date must not be before 01/10/2001).

Prior Experience / Restrictions

Candidates who have previously completed, currently undergoing, or had a terminated apprenticeship training contract with any other organization are not eligible to apply.

Age Limit

Candidates must be between 20 and 25 years of age as on 01/10/2026.

Selection Procedure

The selection will be conducted through an online written examination organized by the BFSI Sector Skill Council of India. The examination will have an overall duration of 60 minutes.

1. Register as a student/candidate on either the NAPS portal (apprenticeshipindia.gov.in) or the NATS portal (nats.education.gov.in).
2. Complete your profile and upload all required documents to obtain a valid NAPS/NATS enrollment number.
3. Access the BFSI application portal using the official registration link.
4. Complete the new registration process by entering the required personal and academic information.
5. Log in using your system-generated credentials.
6. Fill in the detailed application form and upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, and other documents.
7. Pay the applicable examination fee online.
8. Submit the form and download a copy of the final application confirmation receipt for your records.
