Detailed Eligibility Criteria

1. Senior Finance Controller

• Vacancies: 01
• Remuneration: Rs. 1,10,000/- per month
• Age Limit: Maximum 65 years as of 1st January 2025.
• Educational Qualification & Experience:
  • Retired Assam Financial Service (AFS) Officer who held a post not below Financial Advisor / Senior Financial Advisor / Director Finance prior to retirement. OR
  • CA / ICWA qualification with a minimum of 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience in managing financial matters in a reputed organization.
  • Must be a permanent resident of Assam with professional experience working within the state.
  • Experience in handling Health Sector Schemes or Finance within the government sector is desirable.

2. Executive (Procurement - BME)

• Vacancies: 03
• Remuneration: Rs. 42,350/- per month
• Age Limit: Up to 45 years as of 1st January 2026.
• Educational Qualification & Experience:
  • B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Instrumentation, Bio-Medical Engineering, or Medical Electronics with at least 3 years of experience in medical equipment procurement in a Government or Semi-Government organization. OR
  • Diploma in the relevant engineering disciplines with at least 5 years of relevant procurement experience.
  • Procurement experience via GeM and e-Tender systems, good command over written and spoken English, and proficiency in MS Office are required.

3. Executive (Procurement - Drug)

• Vacancies: 02
• Remuneration: Rs. 42,350/- per month
• Age Limit: Up to 45 years as of 1st January 2026.
• Educational Qualification & Experience:
  • B.Pharm or M.Pharm from a recognized institution with a minimum of 3 years of drug procurement experience in a Government or Semi-Government setup. OR
  • D.Pharm with at least 5 years of experience in drug procurement.
  • Familiarity with GeM/e-Tendering, strong English communication skills, and MS Office skills are required.

4. Executive (Quality Control)

• Vacancies: 02
• Remuneration: Rs. 42,350/- per month
• Age Limit: Up to 45 years as of 1st January 2026.
• Educational Qualification & Experience:
  • B.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Pharm / M.Sc with at least 3 years of practical experience in Quality Control in a drug testing laboratory or pharmaceutical company. OR
  • Diploma in Pharmacy with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office tools and proficiency in English.

Age Relaxation

• SC / ST Candidates: 5 years
• OBC / MOBC Candidates: 3 years
• PwD Candidates: 10 years
