Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Applicants must fulfill any one of the following educational criteria:

• 3-year or 4-year full-time bachelor's degree in Sericulture; OR
• 3-year full-time bachelor's degree + Post Graduate Diploma in Sericulture; OR
• 4-year full-time bachelor's degree in Agriculture Sciences or Forestry; OR
• 3-year full-time degree in Biological Sciences (Botany, Zoology, or Biology) or Biotechnology along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Sericulture; OR
• 3-year full-time degree in Biological Sciences (Botany, Zoology, or Biology) or Biotechnology plus 1 year of hands-on experience in a Sericulture project.

Desirable: Practical experience in pre-cocoon activities including silkworm rearing and grainage operations.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for applying candidates is 35 years.
